"It was a traditional three bed room town house so it was more than enough for two of us but we really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, quiet and very convenient to the train station, local shops and restaurants. The beach is just 3 mins walk away. The communication with the landlady was very good as well and Ruth was very helpful. We like Bridlington a lot so definitely consider to come back to this house again. "
"The flat was new and modern looking. It was Pleasant, but as the windows were dirty and the view from those windows (being at the back of the property) was very unappealing, we were forced to have the blinds down all the time.
The biggest disappointment was that on the Expedia ad it said 'parking included' and it was not, therefore we felt Expedia used false advertising. Parking was our first priority when looking for a place to stay.
We were able to find parking elsewhere, which wasn't close to...
"Comfortable bed , living room area. Good shower. Parking is on the road so can't always park right outside. Situated in courtyard behind other flats. "
"Bathroom really small hand basin no cold water bed was lumpy sofo was broken narrow stairwell thought i had asked for easy access no where to sit outside awkward access into property my girlfriend struggled to get in and struggled upstairs and water pipes running across top of a plug socket"
"I will never stay at a one of these properties again. The room was fine but the staff at reception was rude and unhelpful. It was booked prepaid with Hotels.com to which they said it was not prepaid even after showing the receipt to her. We chose to have diner there as we were tired. At least 1/3 of the tables were covered in dirty dishes. We eventually were able to flag a server down to give our order for food and drinks. Food arrived which was actually well done but never got our drinks even...

"Everything was good. From check in to check out I have no complaints. The guy who was there was very friendly. Didn’t have the breakfast as I didn’t get up in time but it did smell good!!"

We were able to find parking elsewhere, which wasn't close to the property, plus this was never guaranteed, this caused us stress every time we used the car.
There is paid parking nearby, but to be honest these didn't look very safe.
The parking outside the property is permit holders only, with a one hour drop off period for unloading etc.
We were never advised that we could have asked for a parking permit, before we got there, which we were told could have been possible by another guest house on the same road.
We were not informed about where to leave the rubbish, which we ended up taking with us.
We tried to call the caretaker on the number shown on a number of occasions, but we never got an answer or a return call, which wasn't acceptable.

"Great place to stay. Clean and tidy. Fabulous breakfast and lovely friendly staff and owner.
Room a little bit dated and the toilet was squeezed into a small space so a bit annoying. But didnt detract from the stay."
"Good location, very clean and well decorated. Plenty of pillows and towels.
Pub served lovely foods including a good breakfast at a good cost which included hot drinks, juices and toast.
Would definitely stay here again and recommend."
