"This was the first time staying at this hotel. I had no issues with the reservation. I arrived gave my name they were able to check me in right away. They let me know about their breakfast once I arrive at the room. It was very nice very clean had no odd smells. The beds were very comfortable. It felt like I was actually sleeping in my own bed. There was no noise. And I slept well throughout the night and the greatest part is the checkout time by noon help me wake up and enjoy my morning without feeling rushed to check out of my room I even left with a good hot cup of coffee"

"Apt is nice. Bed is very comfortable. Made mention to host that perhaps adding a new pot & Pan set for the kitchen would be a nice upgrade for the next traveler. He stated that he would. Property is nice and quiet and wifi is very good. Live TV via Roku was amazing. Perhaps adding a dresser in the bedroom would be a nice addition for future travelers. Lots of closet space for hanging clothes and there is a washer/dryer combo in the closet as well. Plan to stay again next year when I visit UT university."

"Not sure where to start…this could (should?) be a 3 or 4 star review easily. I was a single occupant and honestly, if it were 2 it wouldn’t have worked with lack of amenities. With that being said, I’m a minimalist and didn’t need additional amenities so this review is more for awareness to others. The building and unit appear to be newer, clean and well kept.This is by FAR the least stocked unit I’ve stayed in. There was 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, no wash cloths and no dish cloths or towels. There were scattered utensils in a drawer but no organizer (4 ea. forks, spoons, knives. 1 spatula and 1 ladle). No glasses or cups, 2coffee mugs. Not a single pot or pan to cook with.I had 1 roll of toilet paper with no spares and it was saturated with water from something upon arrival. The furniture is sadly the cheapest on the market. The bed is a stand alone metal frame with a non connected metal head board that bangs the wall any time your pillow hits it. I slept on the couch for the remaining 2 nights of my stay. This unit has a ton of potential to be good. 500-1000 investment in more amenities and slightly better furniture would go a long way! I don’t know if the owner is new to rentals (this unit appeared to be on market for 6 months), but they could improve the experience ten fold with a little more effort/investment which would generate more positive reviews. In closing, for a single occupant who doesn’t require anything beyond bare minimum, it’s acceptable. "

"Location was unbeatable. Easy parking. Easy access for Allendale and Brentwood. This is honestly almost the only positive aspect for this place. It is neither Boho nor a guest house, but a poorly maintained studio in disrepair and dirty.The towel rack in the shower is rusted over, as are the shower curtain rod and curtain rings. One of the bathroom lights is missing a cover and the inside and bare bulb is covered in some kind of grimy substance. The ceiling fan over the bed is missing a remote. The window AC unit sounds like an in-room jet engine while the over the bed wall mounted unit looks like the inside is coated in black mold. There was evidence of a past leak in the water line for this unit resulting in the wall paint coming loose and oozing down the wall - obviously not recent and obviously not repaired.I arrived to find one lamp in the unit that was broken. When I alerted the property manager, I did get a response prompting me to try to switch, which was what was broken on the lamp in both directions which included exposed wiring. A new lamp did get dropped off, but not until after I plugged in the original and got lucky to not get shocked.The property is on the second floor and the stairwell light can only be turned on from inside the unit, not on entry, which makes climbing the stairs sketchy. Would not stay again. Would not recommend this property nor this property management group. The unit has been neglected."
