"When checking in at the hotel I wa abruptly told that I cannot claim any loyalty points for the hotel stay because I booked through a 3rd party app. So what 3rd party? Airlines and other hotels don’t have issues like this. Ridiculous policy, when booking a hotel consideration of brand and loyalty definitely forms part of the decision. Then this and no point earned…"

"I really enjoyed this hotel and the bar area and the staff were excellent. No air con but fine for me. They gave me a room with a step shower but the bathroom had no grab handles so difficult for me. Silly because for very little money it could have been much better. Good breakfast and very good value for money . Room 133"

"My friend and I enjoyed a mini break for her 50th. We immediately got upgraded upon arrival. The rooms were fresh, spacious and comfortable. This hotel is situated in the heart of Brighton making eating out a pleasant experience - we were a few minutes walk from the lanes, packed with restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The location was great since it is walking distance to the pier and restaurants. Please note, you will need to pay for street parking when you arrive. The accommodations are clean and look like the pictures. We tried to contact the staff during our stay but we never got a response. We tried to contact them via email and the scanned WhatsApp in the room, and no response. Please note, if you need something during your stay it is difficult to get a response from the staff. It would be helpful to have fans in the rooms."
