Whether you are looking for a couple's retreat, space to make memories with family and friends, or a home base to explore attractions or attend local events, this property may suit your needs. Located on Bullhead Lake near Brillion, WI, the goal of this property is to provide a relaxing atmosphere with adequate space to gather with the family and yet be able to find some privacy as you sip your coffee, read your book, or catch a nap on a porch. The ranch home with a walkout lower level includes over 4000 square feet of space. The well-appointed, large kitchen is perfect for preparing that family meal. Within the house, there is space to either gather in a group or spread out a bit. Relax in the two family rooms, the 3-season room, or the 4-season room. Although the house is large, please note that local regulations restrict the maximum number of overnight visitors.

The yard includes 200 feet of lake frontage and two private docks. There is space to play catch, frisbee, cornhole toss, bocce ball (all included), or other yard games. It is also a great place to hang out by the fire.

Bullhead Lake is a 70-acre no-wake (no fast boating) lake, making it particularly good for kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. Paddleboats (2), kayaks (3), canoe, rowboat, and paddleboard included! The lakeshore bottom is muck, so any swimming needs to be done from the included swim raft or swim mat. Water clarity and quality vary unpredictably throughout the year. Those looking for sandy beaches and clear water could take a trip to Nashotah Beach (Lake Michigan) in Two Rivers, just over 30 minutes away.

Bullhead Lake is known for its largemouth bass and bluegill fishing, though northern pike and a few other species can also be caught. The public boat launch on Bullhead Lake is less than a 1/4 mile from the property. Those interested in waterskiing or tubing can bring their own boat and travel four miles to neighboring Long Lake to enjoy those activities.

In winter, there is ice fishing, snowmobiling on the lake or on nearby trails and you can bring your ice skates if the lake freezes smooth. It is also a great place to gather for family games.

The location is less than 5 minutes from the Ariens Nordic Center and Round Lake Farms.

Up to 2 pets are welcome to be housed in the lower-level porch and/or lower-level common areas for an additional fee. Guests will need to clean up after their pets and leash them when outside. We ask that people not bring pets without adding them to the reservation.

Property is located approximately 40 minutes from Lambeau Field (but you can avoid the major highways in getting there), 60 minutes from EAA air venture, less than 30 minutes from Road America in Elkhart Lake, 45 minutes to Kohler (golfing, etc.) and 5 minutes to the Ariens Nordic Center and Round Lake Farms near Brillion.

Some of our notable amenities included in the base price:
1. Firewood for the campfire pit, along with some camp cooking utensils.
2. Unlimited Starlink internet suitable for work or streaming on any of the 4 televisions. One television is Wi-Fi capable, and 3 would require a streaming device.
3. The yard is professionally sprayed for mosquitoes to keep their numbers down.

The property has a doorbell camera and a security camera mounted to the front of the garage, both viewing the driveway. They can be turned off by guests who prefer that they are not on during their stay.

Small day gatherings (up to 20 people) are generally approved, provided the overnight guest count is adhered to.
