"This hotel is a 3 star, not 4 star. Our room initially had no hot water, only luke warm. Hallway floor carpets are dirty and if you have a car you have some difficulty finding a place to park at night. Breakfast buffet was average, but staff was very friendly."

"We stayed only one night after landing into Brindisi on a late flight. The hotel is directly opposite the train station and about 10 min from the airport. The room was comfortable and the breakfast provided was great. Would recommend staying here "

"An unhappy experience. When we arrived at our hotel we were told it was closed due to a "technical problem" and that we were booked in a different hotel. While the other hotel was very well situated, it was tired looking, no wi-fi in the rooms, and we had the worst room in the hotel, looking out on a service courtyard instead of a sea view. Heating rails in the bathroom did not work. No window or extractor fan in the bathroom either."
