"The house was clean, the location was amazing, and it looked exactly as photographed. However, the check-in process and communication were the worst I've ever experienced. Despite paying in full, including a bond and an additional fee for early check-in, I received a message upon landing in Australia that my booking was declined. This was because the name on the booking (my name) and the credit card used for payment didn't match.I managed to resolve this issue, but then faced another problem:...

"complete an total ripoff The hotel reception was closed and the number to call did not get answered. We ended up having to take emergency accommodation and then rebook a stay elsewhere. Despite repeated attempts to get into contact with the hotel We have not had a single reply let alone an apology or a refund . So as said a total fraud and ripoff. "

"Great stay handy to hospital .. hot water very hot so be careful as too hot to shower .. be careful .. check temp before entering. As hot water is slow to arrive. "

"The house is situated in a lovely residential neighborhood. We stayed here for several weeks and it was perfect for our family of 4 with two young kids. The space is ideal with an open plan living/dining/kitchen, a lovely backyard, and two great bathrooms. It had everything that we needed and Craig was very responsive. My only critique would be that some of the furniture and kitchen equipment could use updating."
