Room was dirty and ants on desk where soemthing sticky hadn't been cleaned. Carpets filthy and a smashed window. Non-contact entry so had to ph manager who eventually came and stuck a board over broken window leaning against curtain (not secured apart frm bed pushed against it). Very pricey for what it was. Did give us $60 cash towards dinner for 4 adults as compensation-didn't go far! Weird guy hanging around who seemed able to access everyones rooms - not maintenance man but "helps the lady out". Helped carry board in for window. Gave us an uneasy feeling. Wouldn't stay again or recommend. Lots of building maintenance & cleaning needed.

Wir haben gleich komplett für die ganze Reise gebucht und waren zwei Wochen vor Ort. Von dort aus haben wir dann schon Abstecher gemacht für ein paar Tage nach Tasmanien und nach Coochiemudlo. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Wunderbar klimatisiert . Der Pool ist klasse. Unten ist ein Patio mit einem großen Kochfeld und einem Barbecue Grill, den man nutzen kann. Im Zimmer ist ein Wasserkocher, Toaster und eine Mikrowelle sowie Geschirr und Besteck. Die Lage ist zentral und kann direkt mit dem Bus vor der Haustür der Linie 301 bis in die Stadt fahren und kommt von dort überall gut hin. Man kann aber auch ganz bequem bis in die Stadt laufen. Der Service war sehr gut. Wenn wir was gebraucht haben, konnte man einfach Bescheid sagen. Vielen Dank liebe Helen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei dir gefühlt und viele Grüße an Antonio. Didn't get to see any staff as office was closed through out my stay. Room was good but there was no quilt on the bed, it was just a bed sheet upon checking. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Rest was all good.

I booked for convenience to the airport. But the state of the room was below average. Windows were dirty, stains on the chair. The main office wasn’t very welcoming. The whole Motel could do with an overhaul. Pictures online don’t match the accommodation. Was good for the night, as I had an early flight the next day. But definitely room for improvement.
