Close to restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transport (trains and buses). One free car parking spot on site, and the building has a pool, spa and gym. The unit is on level 9 with views of the Story Bridge and the City, but take time to go up to the rooftop terrace on level 25 for spectacular 360 degree views! Set in the heart of Fortitude Valley, close to restaurants & bars, shopping along James St and the local cinema. Ideal for both leisure and business travellers, the Utopia building is just 1.5km away from the Brisbane CBD. Within a short walk from the property to Fortitude Valley Train Station, China Town and Brunswick Street Mall. Located close to public transport, both buses and the Fortitude Valley train stations (direct trains to Brisbane Airport approximately 30 minutes, and the Gold Coast approximately 60 minutes!) One free car park available on site.
