We requested an onsite carpark when we booked and it wasn't done. we ended up with one 150m down the road at another building. No where to park off street to check in, we had to lap the block a few times. Once we got our keys, we had to empty our bags on the footpath and then drive down the road to carpark and walk back. We also had to wait 8-10 minutes for hot water for showers. Every time we wanted to shower we would put the shower on and wait 8-10minutes. We spoke to receptionist who visited our room and told us "that is hot" and it was properly cold!! On a rating of 1 "cold" and 10 "hot" it was a 2-3 at best for 8-10 minutes. The location to the show grounds was excellent but parking and lack of hot water were a joke. It wasn't a cheap place to stay and I've stayed in hostels that were better.

A good place to stay for a few days. Staff were great, had to do late check in and the instructions for gaining access were very clear and easy to follow. Location is handy. Close to a lot of little cafes/restaurants, IGAs and train stations. Room we stayed in was pretty quiet, did hear some street noise, but nothing horrible. Aircon good, bed comfy, only things I would fault would be the couch was a bit hard/uncomfy, there was no cutting board in the kitchen, and the tap on the sink in the bathroom was a bit short, so every time you’d use it, water would spill all on the back of the sink and not actually go in the basin.

Place was clean. Some damage to a couple of b bits (e.g. Dents in a wall). Kitchen well stocked for utensils, but would have been good if there was some things like oils and herbs which are expensive to buy when staying just a few nights as you'd only use a tiny amount of a bottle. Rooftop was good, sadly didn't get a chance to use it, but views great

A very comfortable apartment in a great location

The apartments are ideally located to explore Brisbane and the surrounding areas. We arrived at Midday and were unable to check in, but were able to leave our suitcases at reception until able to do so at 2pm. Our apartment was located a short distance along the same road, at No44 and access is controlled by a fob entry system at the front door. The apartment itself was spacious and functional with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

They need a sign on light switch near door. Its not a light switch, its a main power supply switch. I dont even know the purpose of putting a mains isolator as a light switch near door entry.

Really nice apartment that had everything we needed (apart from a pair of scissors) and very quiet despite being in a built up area. Never heard any noise from other apartments. Friendly and helpful reception. The train station is less than 10 minute walk to get into the city or airport.
