Travelled for work and the property was great with great communication when arriving after hours. It lost a star because the room had a bad smell that wouldn’t budge. Tried to put air con on, tried to open the balcony door but nothing worked. Apart from that great stay!

I had a problem with the apartment, which they handled really well. The second apartment had absolutely no issues. The place is really central very close walk to great restaurants and stores and of course to the cultural precinct. Easy parking and just everything that you need.

The property is safe and in a quiet location easy access to the main bus and train stations. One thing I like most is key access to the building by the residents only and visitors to the apartment, so I feel very safe during my stay at Ivy and Eve. The rooms are also nice and clean.
