"Beautiful hotel and location. Just not enough staff to clean tables and service was lacking from check in to bar staff to valet. Staff completely ignored us as they watched me load my bags into an uber. Hospitality is lacking.. "

"Very unpleasant experience with the staff. My flight got canceled late at night and so I called the front desk to see if could extend my stay for the next night. They said no worries that would be fine and even offered a late check out - all while charging my card mind you. In the morning I go to the front desk and they feign ignornace completely, saying no we are fully booked out. Essentially "um oops" - remember my card has still been charged for this. And so now I have to check out immediately and find new accommodations within the next hour. The front desk staff were mildy apologetic but entirely unhelpful and the manager was cold, had an attitude, and was very unpleasent to deal with. Mind you, this is their mistake - one that I am paying for. They should have at least offered to help me find accommodations as it was so last minute and - once again - their fault. Sidenote the room also had the worst view I have ever ever had. It was facing a huge block of office buildings close enough to touch, absolutely zero natural light 9 am in the room was akin to a prison cell, it was legitimately depressing me. So I would just go somewhere else, there are many cheaper hotels around that are much more pleasant and this one provided nothing to even be considered worthwhile. "

"A very excellent hotel with friendly, professional staff. I took advantage of the pool, the concierge service to leave my bags before check in and room service which was very clean. My main complaint is that the walls are very thin and I could constantly hear the family in the large room next door talking, the microwave beeping, and the dragging around of furniture. Not super sound proof. "

"Amazing view! Clean room. Nice staff. Parking is in a nearby parking garage. No hand towel, no lotion, and only a combined shampoo/conditioner included in the room’s amenities. "

"Staff were wonderful, so helpful & attentive. The room was very clean and well appointed, beds were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. We did have some issues every night with the air con automatically switching to a temperature that was too warm. The lack of the provision of any cold drinking water in the room was a bit of an issue however, we didn't have time to ask housekeeping about this. I'm sure they would have addressed this for us if we'd raised it with them. "
