Centrally-located guest suite in a quiet residential neighborhood. Short drive to downtown Bristol, Colt State Park, RWU, and water access. Approximately 30 minutes to both Providence and Newport.
Includes its own driveway, entrance, living space and bathroom with washer/dryer. Kitchenette includes dishwasher. Back patio features hot tub and fire pit.
Family of 5 lives in attached main house. Must be okay with dogs; host's 3 black lab mixes are fenced off in back, but sometimes play in front.
