The building is needing painting for years now, the area around the venue is junky, the stairs inside are unsafe with only a hand rail and no ballusters and no ballusters at the top to keep a small child from falling through. "We only had a short time to go to the beach and we were pleasantly surprised to find such a perfect place to stay on such short notice. The condo is very nice and right on the beach. The owners were extremely helpful to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Mexico Beach. I highly recommend staying here."
