Absolutely gorgeous and excellent food— Canadian Rockies, a bucket list must do

We had a wonderful stay at Buffalo Mountain. The grounds were beautiful, the hot tub was perfect, the lobby and dining facility was really nice, we only had breakfast there but it was fantastic. Nice touch of Nespresso machines in rooms. Good location, although not quite walkable to Banff Ave, easy busy stop across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean. The bedding was incredible. I slept like a baby..

Dinner was exceptionally good at the velvet restaurant. I had the fresh Ling Cod and my wife had the pepper tenderloin. The Ceasars salad was huge. I would recommend splitting it. The beet salad was very tasty too. I hope it snows this year so I can visit again. We stayed here so we could go flyfishing with Columbia Flyfishing guides. A great location to the river.

I stayed with 3 dogs but had 2 rooms because of the hotel policy was 2 dogs per room and this hotel was beautiful and it helped that the people staying at the hotel were friendly, kind. It was a beautiful hotel! I stayed with my mother in law and it was convenient, located next to stores, and restaurants.

The property is newly renovated and the rooms are nice. The staff is exceptional! We stayed here with our two pups and it was very dog friendly. The food on site is good too! Thanks for a great stay.

The meals were amazing and the setting was a Rocky Mountain experience.

Great property, loved the 3 bed loft room and the location. The pool didn't look inviting. I didn't know there was a $35 daily charge for parking, so that was an unfortunate surprise.
