"room was clean but when i moved the table to use. there was food under the base. windows outside all need a clean other than that it was nice a person from outside the resort was walking around the pool asking guests for cigarettes staff instead of moving on gave the women smokes which i found to be wrong when you are paying so much for a stay "

I arrived late and was escorted to the East Tower internally where my apartment was situated. "Positives: Overall good bang for your buck. I was up high in a 2 bd apartment and the views were gorgeous, location was perfect to just walk out and eat or shop. Room was neat and tidy. Free parking. Negatives: No cleaning service during your stay even if for 4 days. "We really enjoyed our stay. Our apartment had a wonderful view, and was spacious and clean. Though it could do with a few more cooking implements such as a frying for longer stays. All communications with Q1 staff were efficient and friendly. We really appreciated being given a visitor’s pass on the day we checked out so we could leave our car in the car park and continue to enjoy the facilities."
