"We stayed at Ocean Pacific Resort for five days and, unfortunately, the experience did not match the price or advertised standard. We arrived late in the evening, and at first glance the room appeared tidy. However, in daylight the condition of the apartment was disappointing. Cleanliness & Maintenance Issues: The kitchen contained dirty dishes, cups, and cutlery on arrival. This is unacceptable for a property marketed as 4.5 stars. The dishwasher was faulty (the upper shelf would not close properly). We saw cockroaches in the kitchen at night. Pillowcases appeared unclean and may not have been changed. Amenities & Supplies: Only one small dishwashing liquid sachet and one dishwasher powder were provided for three adults over five days. Minimal toiletries were supplied (2 soaps, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash). Only one small carton of milk was provided on arrival. Laundry supplies were also very limited (2 sachets total). Housekeeping: Rooms are only serviced for stays of 8 days or more. For our 5-day stay, no cleaning was provided, leaving the room dusty. General Condition: Furniture is worn, stained, and outdated. The room was cold at night despite using the air conditioning. The shower design was inconvenient (no proper door, slippery tiles, weak water pressure). Overall Experience: By the end of the stay, it felt like we were expected to clean and maintain the apartment ourselves, rather than being treated as guests."

"Lovely room but the customer service is very poor. The woman at reception when we checked was really rude. A simple question seemed to annoy her. The parking situation is a nightmare. We were stuck at the star boom gate for almost 20 minutes as they said we hadn’t paid, when we did. "

"It did the job that I had booked it for. Hudson at reception was good, but the time it took to checkin was quite long for a relatively short queue (3). tried to checkin online via the link they sent me but it didn't work and didn't get sent a new one so thad to do it at the hotel. the rooms are getting tired and the money being spent on the oustide would be better of on the inside. "

"The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Very central in the area with everything close by. Staff were extremely helpful. To be honest I could not fault it."

"Easy stay. Friendly staff. Clean room. A faulty light was fixed immediately, no hassle. Navigation around the building was a little confusing at first with multiple entrances. "
