"Its extremely centrally located, which made it super easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The property was easy to check in and out from. I was in one of the small loft rooms, and the room was clean, there was plenty of space for me to spread out. My window overlooked the back garden which offered a sense of privacy, especially since I had the window open most of the time. Overall, a wonderful stay - would highly recommend, especially for a soli traveller."

The two balconies catch the sun during the day and amazing sunsets in the evenings, also small courtyard garden. Excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance, good bus service to Whitstable, Herne Bay and Canterbury."

"We had a great time at this bungalow. On arrival the accommodation was very clean, everything we needed, lots of quirky things with lots of games for our granddaughters. The bungalow is in a good position for walking if you wish to, also in a beautiful location. We would definitely recommend this accommodation."

"Located a short distance from the railway station and Whitstable harbour, all well signposted. The accomodation located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Great little kitchenette, coffee, tea, milk and biscuits supplied which was much appreciated on our arrival and the prosecco was a pleasant surprise too. Loved the bathroom and shower. Everything you might need for a short stay. I most definitely will be visiting Whitstable again (I have family here)...

"Latimer House was a perfect Property to stay in for a Celebration. Exactly as listed it provided lovely accommodation for our Party of 7 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 12 to two and a half and the multiple bathrooms ensured that everyone was well catered for. The very pretty walled garden was used every evening of our stay due to sunny weather, with a BBQ also provided. "Very central for visiting parts of Kent. Caravan very nice, compact but everything you need. Had trouble with Wi-Fi which was sorted by getting a phone number from information office. Two things that would be nice. Gate across steps onto the veranda. Making it secure for children and dogs. Curtain or blind on door leading into the caravan. Plenty of equipment in cupboards. "Good sized rooms. Clean enough. Local agent very helpful and polite (meeting up to hand over keys etc...) Parking a nightmare. The street close by was always packed so had to park a long way away. Aldi 50 yards from front door (very handy for stocking up on essentials). Facilities ok. Nice big bathroom. Kitchen adequate but cutlery poor (only 2 dinner knives). No spatulas or fish slices for cooking. Frying pan and saucepans way past their best. Only 1 glass. No wine glasses. Lots of stairs!...

"Wonderful experience apart from two items that might have been helpful to know in advance: parking at a distance due to challenges accessing the property by road; the precipitous stair case which would be a significant challenge to anyone with even slight mobility challenges. However property wonderful; hosts very attentive."

"We could not have enjoyed our stay here anymore than we did; we loved everything about Tulip Tree Cottage! We were warmly greeted and access to the property was quick and easy. The cottage has been beautifully renovated and the finish and furnishings throughout were of the highest quality. The cottage is extremely well equipped and nothing was lacking. "The property was delightful and beautifully decorated. There was a problem with parking and we were blocked in on many days. There were builders with two vans nearly every day we were there which meant that other occupants of the other cottages had to park where they could which caused the problems we had."
