"Absolutely spot on all round. A lovely house in an ideal and peaceful spot on Isis lake. It’s clean, airy and has a lovely terrace to sit on overlooking the lake. A short walk to the playground, tennis courts and short cut to South Cerney. We stayed initially as 2 adults and a 2 year old which was very spacious and then 4 adults and a 2 year year old which was a little cosier but absolutely fine. "We’ve stayed in Mill Village on several occasions. This was our first time at 53 The Mallards. Everything was spotless comfortable clean and cozy. Even they many of the houses have the same configuration, it felt like the interior design for the furnishings were beautifully thought through, down to the artwork on the walls abd the lack of any clutter. There was a great collection of books to read as well as games for all in the cupboard. And of course great to be able to use the spa. Thank you...

"Kitchen and floors were not clean at all. Food still stuck to cutlery and dirty glasses. Grubby work tops. Lots of cobwebs in the house, which is due to lack of cleaning. Bed & bathroom were clean enough. No mirrors in any of the rooms, we had to share 1 mirror in the landing between 5 girls which isn’t that great. To be honest if you’re not overly fussy or care where you stay it’s a great location and quiet village. "

"A very cosy cottage with much privacy. Not far from Stow town center. Very clean and comfortable stay . We like it a lot Unfortunately we only stayed for one night. Did not have opportunity to enjoy the back garden. Beautiful both inside and outside. An excellent place to enjoy! Highly recommended for family of four in the middle of Cotswold."
