"Very friendly hotel"

"We had a family room up on the top floor. It was so cosy and quirky and huge. The whole hotel had a beautiful ambience it felt so Christmassy with all the lights and the trees all very tastefully done. The staff was super friendly. We cannot wait to come back"

"I had a 1 week stay there the room was large the a double and was comfortable room was clean and tidy bathroom the same and a very good location to walk to the town centre or you can catch a bus 30 or 54 to town "

"Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home to the states, and the driver didn't have change for a 20pound note, so we had to use a debit card. Minor annoyance, but..."
