"i was promised a bottke of fizz and a plate of treats to our room for my partners birthday. They never arrived to our room "

"Welcoming friendly team, plans had changed and received a free upgrade which was great. Spacious clean room with good facilities. Well equipped gym and nice size pool are available to use. Hotel was very good service abs facilities. Regretted eating in the restaurant for dinner. Restaurant managers customer service questionable and main meal was not at the quality we would have expected for 2 AA rosette restaurant, hot breakfast also basic. "

"We had a pleasant stay for one night at Caistor Hall. Staff were very friendly, Grounds were lovely and dinner was decent. Breakfast was tasty and good choice for a vegetarian. Room had creaky floorboards and a little too warm and bathroom was very small, shower started to drip water at 3am for about a minute which woke me up and I had trouble getting back to sleep but overall it was a very nice stay and I would return. "

"Warm welcome. Good food. Good beer Poor quality pillows Poor quality hangers in the wardrobe. No shelf in the shower and no shower mat. otherwise, most enjoyable friendly and vibrant Pub."
