"The cabin was clean and had toilet rolls and shower gel etc it was the check in that was a nightmare we arrived on the dot at 3pm we were going to a surprise party at 4pm
We didn’t get hold of the host until 5pm so we missed the start of the party we’ve had no apology for late check in at all"

Had a wonderful 6-day stay at the gorgeous Royal Bell. Exceptional service—everyone was eager to please and made sure our stay was flawless. It's in the heart of Bromley and convenient to stores and restaurants. We booked a deluxe double room, which was spacious, including the bathroom and its oversized shower. Gorgeous bathroom hardware and a VERY comfortable king-sized bed. Luxurious linens and modern furnishings with a nod to its historic past.

The onsite restaurant has a wonderful breakfast option, so add it to your stay.

This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.
