"The Staff was really helpful and sweet. The only part I appreciate about the hotel. Also, the room was clean. But, I will suggest one small thing to have a kettle next to the coffee machine. Some people prefer to have warm water in the morning. The unavailability of warm water was pretty inconvenient, good hotels have small kettles in the room itself. Lack of small small amenities makes a huge difference. Not providing cover sheet below the blanket, kettle, bathroom slippers, etc. These things matter to have a good experience. Lastly, there was this constant smell of cigarettes from my a.c. vent, might be the person in the next room was smoking or something. But that was annoying."
