"Luxe loft in downtown Hays, we met friends from Denver as it was halfway from KC, respectively and ended up spending more time in the loft than planned as it was extremely comfortable and spacious. Shower in the primary suite was a treat!! Kitchen was extremely well equipped and the host, Adam was extremely easy to work with! "

"The house is very cute and well equipped. It is close to restaurants, even cold stone ice cream is within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet. It was a very nice place to stay. The owners were very prompt responding to a minor question about parking "

"The accommodations were a perfect fit for our family reunion. We appreciated that the sleeping area could be closed off from the noisier gathering areas of kitchen, dining, living. The kids loved the open spaces (inside and out) and everything was well stocked for seamless days. Wish we could physically move it closer to being a central location as I think we would book it on an bi-annual basis! We had beautiful weather and the prairie was at its best."

"This was a stop over stay in route from OK to CO for a four wheeling trip. We had 2 trucks with 20 ft trailers and had no issues with parking or navigating through streets. In total there were 6 of us. When originally booked we planned on 12 of us and property would have been perfect for the 12 of us as well but the additional truck and 30 ft trailer would have been a challenge to park without intruding in neighbors space. "
