"It was good. Only one US style power outlet per room was a bit challenging. In one room the one outlet didn’t work at all. The room was nice. For the price it would be great to have a fridge in the room. Also, other hotels have a water cooler in the lobby you can use to refill your water bottles and a microwave they let you use."
"The doormen, concierge, housekeeping and waiting and restaurant staff were wonderful! They were so pleasant, helpful and polite. Reception staff were different, not as friendly - do they have a different training for their role? Lovely room and facilities. The breakfast was superb as was the lounge access for a quiet environment with drinks and snacks. Thank you!"
