Great hotel to access all of central London, a nice glass of Prosecco on arrival before we had even checked in, all staff very friendly and welcoming. We selected the king deluxe room which was everything we expected, we ate at the hotel restaurant in the evening and enjoyed some fine Indian food. I would personally recommend staying at the Hilton Bankside Hotel and will be looking forward to staying there again soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Bankside. Beautiful hotel rooms, lobby, and restaurant. The staff were so friendly and so helpful. I booked the connecting family rooms and it was such a great choice for my toddler. The breakfast buffet was also delicious as well. The only issue was that there was no microwave, which would have been useful during our stay, and I had a pair of slippers that I believe was accidentally thrown out. Overall, I enjoyed staying at this hotel and highly recommend it.

Traveled with a teenager and got the connecting rooms. It was fabulous. Everyone had space and privacy. Would highly recommend. Also, the location is excellent! Just a short walk to the Borough Market, the Globe, the Tate Modern. And the tube and bus lines are easily accessible.

Beautiful hotel, amazing rooms, really lovely staff. Only taken a star off due to it being manic with children. Obviously this is no fault of the hotel itself, but madness running about in reception, knocking about all over the place, and the pool becomes a bit of a theme park because of it. That aside it’s lovely and so well located to explore and commute!

The hotel was very well maintained and our room was large and very comfortable. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. The hotel's location, while not in any busy sections of the city, was convenient to the Tube and within reasonable walking distance to many tourist attractions in the city.

Rooms are good. A comfy chair in the room would be good. TV stations are very limited. Disabled bathrooms in rooms have high toilets and high wash hand basins and out of reach taps. No shower curtain so you could spray the room. Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. Room service is at extortionate prices, but plenty of restaurants nearby. Swimming pool disabled changing room has no lockers, unlike the men/women changing rooms. The pool is full of unsupervised kids jumping into the pool. You cant swim - Don't believe the pics. There are no adult only hours. The hot tub is cold and overspill from the pool. No-one clears the old towels from the sunbeds.

Room was clean and modern. The staff at reception were friendly, and as a bonus we were able to check in early. Pool and facilities were lovely. Areas for development, where I would have hoped for a better experience - there was a poor supply of tea and coffee in the room - poor quality freeze dried coffee (and only 2 sachets), with similarly meagre supplies of tea, milk and biscuits. This was booked via expedia, and I had contacted Hilton customer services in advance to add the stay to the app to be able to use a digital room key for convenience - the Hilton customer service agent - despite giving the information requested seemed unable to do this.
