We found this hotel had great value and liked the location a lot for walking as a tourist to main attractions. We had adjoining family room and were very comfortable with the space.

Amenities promised in-room refrigerator but unit is only meant to keep water “slightly” below room temperature. Front desk rarely answers phone. There is ongoing construction and noise bleeds into rooms. I voiced my concerns and front desk/manager did nothing. Wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel location is great. Walkable to Borough Market and Tower Bridge. The room that we got even as HH member was not the best with views of construction site. We needed room to be cleaned one day and housekeeping did not show up. Once we contacted the hotel staff noone knew why. The doorman and some staff were friendly.
