"During our 3 nights stay, we had some good & not so good experiences. The view from our room was mind-boggling- serenity & Mother Nature beauty at its best! We appreciated the sweet treat left in our room every evening. However, the very first day, we had to call them to set up our beds together as they had kept it as two separate ones. Secondly, when we were to prepare our cup of coffee, lo! was terrified to see that the kettle spout from outside was having residues. They took too long to replace it and we unfortunately landed having our cup of coffee too late! Lastly, we had to request for an iron in our room (expected it should have been provided in the room). It’s a 5 star property! The lady at the travel info counter was not approachable. She was in a big rush to dispose us off. We were the only ones around when we were making enquiry how to commute to Dubrovnik and return. Yes, we did enjoy a cordial conversation with the staff who dropped us off by the buggy. He did make our day! The breakfast had a good enjoyable spread. We had the pleasure of 2 waiters who smiled while attending to us but most of them appeared snobbish- no smile! We did enjoy browsing the Souvenir Gift Shop and purchased a few items. We felt that the housekeeping has room for improvement, considering it’s a 5 star hotel. We liked the property overall and had a calm stay. Cavtat, has a very beautiful vibe. Thank you!"

"It was our first time to Croatia and boy what a trip that was. The staff were amazing, facilities were top notch, I think the food is the only part we could comment that needs improving, specifically dinner and choice of options. Breakfast was amazing quality and choice!"

"Loved our deck overlooking the pool,great location as well! Lots of Restaurants,the ocean and promenade across the street! So glad we stayed there rather than the Old Town as too busy there,much quieter in Lapad!"

"Very nice hotel and well designed. Breakfast was great! Beautiful view. Far from Old town Dubrovnik (30 min) but we knew that. Main issue for me was that the air conditioning even at max level was subpar; room directly aimed at the sun so it would get up to 26-28C during the day and at best 22-23C at night (I am Canadian sorry). Overall would recommend this hotel for value for money!"

"Beautiful pool and grounds, but more like dorm rooms than hotel rooms. No WiFi or soap/shampoo in rooms. Bed is serviceable but hard. Breakfast at the taverna was lovely. Can’t beat the close proximity to the airport!"

"The hotel is slightly out of the city, it has a beautiful swimming pool and gorgeous view. It is a very busy hotel with lots of kids. Of course, it is noisy. I woke up about 8 AM hearing the voice from my Neighbourhood room. The food is fine, lots of options, but not excellent."
