The views of the lake and mountains are spectacular and the hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable with many quaint sitting areas inside and on the beautiful terraces. Guests can use the spa facilities and it is definitely worth it to find time to use them. Food is great and the staff is so very kind and helpful. Great customer service all around."

"From the staff to the location to the views, this hotel was extremely amazing. Felt like a family type vibe everybody down to the restaurant was just perfect driving up the mountain gave me all the pictures that I wanted, even though it was very scary to get up there but once up there, it was beautiful. They were amazing to make plans and accommodated extremely well with communication when planning a surprise proposal. Anytime I will come to Italy. I will always make sure that I come to Lake Como and stay at this hotel and will recommend it to everybody."

One of the true highlights was the spa experience with Lisa, whose lymphatic drainage massage was absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It was truly one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever had. We were also lucky enough to plan a rehearsal dinner and Welcome drink experience with Chiara. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up.
