She took her time with us and was very pleasant and helpful. Complimentary coffee was nice . Crazy system of using Pink shuttle bus. Sometimes needed a pass that either no one looked at or they collected and you couldn’t reuse. Don’t even know the purpose of needing a “pass”. Staff made a big deal about giving out free...
