We had a small room, think get out of bed nose on wall... but very clean, nice garden view... good value, reasonable size bathroom, good breakfast, convenient for trams.. walkable to town. Staff didn't offer help but would answer if wuestioned.
Great area, amazing terrasse and close to the park. Size of the room is average. Mostly clean (but not 100% perfect). If you're sensitive to the light bring a night mask as the bed is right under the shade (in the room we had).
Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast area is well decorated, and I enjoyed sitting there and having a coffee. They have a pool table by the bar that my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed. They didn't have anymore parking available but I was able to find parking on the street.
Only stayed briefly overnight. Had dinner in the Indian restaurant opposite, which doesn't look great but food and service very good. Room modern and basic but had everything we needed - comfortable bed, nice bathroom.
Well.situated, with very nice staff. The only issue was a lack of tea/coffee in our room, but this was supplied on request. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely return.
It's IBIS so you do expect small rooms and they where. Having said this, the hotel, room etc. was very efficient. New, well kept, modern, clean, efficient and having exactly what you need and wish for. I'd be very happy to return again one day. Excellent place, location and good value for money.

Property is in a quiet area with lots of dining options and transportation links. The room was clean and the check-in really fast. After check-out there is a possibility for free luggage storage.
What I didn't like this time is that there were no hand towels provided. Maybe they stopped providing those as in previous stays I remember there were some in my room.
Room was clean and the air conditioning was good. The shower was really nice, with a normal head and a large shower head too. There was only two sticks of coffee, one normal and one decaffeinated which when used didn't get replenished. There was no drawer space unfortunately but we managed
The only problem we had was the Friday, Saturday and Sunday night with noisy and rattling beds.
After this we had a quieter time and there was no problems with the hotel. This obviously wasn't a fault of the hotel but made for a tired couple of days.
Reception staff seemed nice.
Overall a nice hotel in the heart of Châtelain
We didn't get chance to try the breakfast .

I was here for only 2 nights so it was perfect.
1. The lobby is clean and inviting, check in was fast and reception staff are kind and helpful.
2. On my first night, the toilet flush wasn’t functioning and the water kept running. The receptionist immediately came over and fixed it. She must have been an engineer in her past life as she knew exactly what to do! I didn’t get her name (short hair and glasses), she was excellent.
3. The location is close to good restaurants (Green Burger, Feta, Kafei and Poh Thai) and a Carrefour express and also walkable to other neighborhoods.
4. The bed was very comfortable and there’s a kettle to make tea.
Excellent experience with a quiet and clean room. Bathroom was very clean with lovely shower. Bed was comfortable and air con was great when outside was high heat. Breakfast was lovely with lovely selections of breads and breakfast options.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Good location just a short bus trip or 30 minute stroll into city centre. Rooms very clean but very small. Fine for 1 night stay though. Really secure underground parking for €15 a night. Although car park is a little tight if you have a bigger car. Also has kettle in room. Would certainly use again if ever in Brussels
