"What can I say, we had a very nice stay at the sleeping giant. The room was modern, warm and comfortable. The bedding washood quality, nice and clean. Good comfy pillows. luxury shower. Staff were really nice and attentive, the breakfast was very nice."

"Hotel room decor was just a little tired and the tea and coffee-making facilities in the room had not been re-stocked so we only had 1 teabag for 3 people when we arrived. Also the sachets of instant coffee provided are cheap and nasty. The bathroom sink was partially blocked-it was very slow to drain."

"Great little place in Treorchy. Very impressed with the rooms and very polite and helpful staff. Only drawback is more structural as there seems to be subsidence (or similar) and this causes the shower to overflow onto the floor and out of the tray (seems it is leaning to the door and not going down the drain. Rm 1. Creating wet area having to ram the floor towel to stop it going everywhere. Not a criticism but maybe add bigger door seals at the bottom of the shower door or put a higher lip on the 'tray' etc. "

"We had a lovely stay in Swansea and this hotel suited us perfectly. The food was great and almost all the staff were very friendly and always on hand to help. As a family of 4 with 2 teenagers we needed to get 2 rooms. One of the rooms was great but the other was road facing and quite noisy early in the morning. Overall, a great stay."
