Really great hotel, a little off the beaten track but worth the trek. S-Bahn stop is about a 10 minute walk away, and from there it's only 2 stops to Cologne Central Station. The room was terrific -- very clean and bigger than what you normally find in a standard European hotel, with a double bed (two singles together) and even an actual bathtub. WiFi is free of charge with a solid signal. Check in and check out were fast and easy and there's 24 hour front desk access.

We’ve stayed at a few hotels in Germany this year but this has been, by far, the best experience all the way around. They did not use COVID-19 as an excuse why they didn’t or have anything that your paying for anyway such as cleaning your room. The staff was just perfect. Our view of the Dom from our room was incredible and the location of the hotel couldn’t have been better!
We’ve stayed at a few hotels in Germany this year but this has been, by far, the best experience all the way around. Stayed there during an exhibition at Koelnmesse. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. It takes about 15-20 minutes total time to get to Koelnmesse from hotel via walking to the train station then takin the train.

Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Atrium is amazing. Location right on the Rhine, near the old city and walking zone. Room was very clean. Some items are dated. Fitness center is small and basic but enough to get a workout done. Nice little pool, sauna and steam room. The Belvedere restaurant is very nice with wonderful views of the Rhine and the church. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
