"If you have tried to get a hotel near Traverse City in any time except the dead of winter you know that the prices for hotels are bananas. I was drawn in by a very reasonable price for a weekend stay but I worried that it would be a stone cold dump. When we arrived we were pretty sure we were getting a dump. "Our stay at Brio Beach Inn was awesome! Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Grounds and beach were beautiful! We loved having a fire on the beach each night of our stay (wood provided by Brio) and met some wonderful people who were also staying there. Breakfast was just enough to start our day and included microwavable breakfast sandwiches, HB eggs, yogurt cereal, milk juice and coffee."

"Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The only issues were the pillows were rock hard and the water pressure coming out of the shower not as strong as the faucet in the bathtub. Those two issues are not bad enough tonmake me lower my 5 star rating."

"We really loved your place. We had the family suite with 2 beds and the bunk bed. It was prefect. We were really impressed with the quality of the breakfast. "The decor was really nice and we were very happy with the location. Room was quite small but it had all the basic amenities needed. Would have enjoyed a table and couple of chairs outside the room on the deck to sit outside since there was nowhere in the room to sit other than the beds. Overall a pleasant experience and would stay there again. "

"It's was a cute condo but could use some updating of the recliner and pull out couch mattress. The ice maker in the freezer had mineral build up that left floaties in your beverage as the ice melted. The jetted tube needs to have the jets cleaned more frequently as they were filled with icky stuff. The hot tub and pool were closed and not scheduled to open until the next weekend which we wish we had known. We were looking forward to using them but were never informed of this aspect. The...
