"The Chelsea was a convenient place for us to stay. It's an old building but well kept. The one drawback we found was that it was very noisy. We could hear people in the hallway from our room plain as day. They have a lovely pool and hot tub also."

"Great location. Attached to the Path, do you can get to so many places from there without going outside. More plain than the other Fairmonts in the old Canadian Pacific line, but still a good hotel."

"Entrance was inviting, all staff friendly and proficient, room was clean and quiet, bed comfortable, plenty of bath towels and restaurant lovely. Joey, Penelope and their welcoming team are smiling, considerate and go out of their way to make your stay and excellent stay. "

"Hotel room was clean, staff was lovely. Breakfast was great! Room is quite small. Every time I walked past my bed, I bumped into the tv mounted on the wall. Parking can be an issue. Although we ended up finding parking nearby, the underground garage listed as the Holiday Inn’s parking only allowed vehicles under 5’7” which our van did not comply with. Pool and change rooms were very clean as well. VERY warm but only a complaint if you were a bystander and not actually in the water. "
