"We stayed at this apart-hotel for 3 nights and really enjoyed it!
The location is excellent — on a quiet street, just a few minutes’ walk from the subway, Avenida Santa Fe, Jumbo supermarket, and the open-air Distrito Arcos outlet mall. Everything you need is conveniently close by.
The room is modern, clean, and nicely set up. There’s a smart TV, electrical outlets exactly where you need them, and a kitchenette with all the essentials, including plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, a microwave, and a kettle.
One of the best features is the small private patio/balcony, which is especially convenient for smokers! The view is of the inner courtyard and neighbouring condos, but honestly, that’s not a bad thing at all — it’s quiet and peaceful, especially at night.
The beds are comfortable, and although the bathroom is small, it’s very nicely done and has a cozy, intimate feel.
The staff are friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Since it’s an apart-hotel, they aren’t always physically on-site, but they’re easily reachable via WhatsApp and very responsive.
Check-in was easy and hassle-free. They showed us around, explained everything we needed to know, and sent us all the information and access codes for both the main entrance and the apartment.
A special mention to Micaela and the rest of the team, who were really helpful and welcoming!
Overall, it’s excellent value for money. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"
