"My family and I loved the house. It had a combination of old and modern design. It had central air conditioning and heating. The wifi was perfect too.It was extremely pet friendly and I felt very comfortable leaving my beloved puppy in the house alone. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone."

"Pros- clean, pots and pans are stainless steel pans, frenchpress coffee pot bring ground coffee and scale if you use that. Loved having ac unit in each room so each person could have temp they desire.Cons- to me the beds were rocks. Would have appriciated softer beds, squeeky floors expected in old house, all the bedrooms upstairs, waist ofspace down stairs seems they could have a bedroom downstairs. And move the dining room table space to the kitchen area."

"The house was clean, host responsive, parking fine, WiFi perfect. A few things were missing in the kitchen. Like: spatula, dish towels, pots, pans. It needed more essentials. The bathrooms had no hand towels and no washcloths. Bedrooms could have used an extra blanket or two. We didn’t complain and we had a very nice time. The house just could be puffed up and made more wonderful. Thank you "

"This is a beautiful old house. Every part of it has beautiful woodwork and moldings. The house is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need.This house is very well updated. Would have stayed longer if we could, and would not hesitate to come back or recommend it to others. We went to the Frank Lloyd Wright museum, which is close. Also saw a Buffalo Bills night game. That worked very well, especially if you park on the south end in private lots near Abbott. After the game, Go south, then west to Hwy 5.Made it back to house in 30 minutes. Unbelievable. Go Bills Go!Also, to avoid traffic going to game, ate at Yankee BBQ, in Hamburg. Small place, nothing fancy, fabulous smoker food. With a little planning, this house is an easy spot to go anywhere. "
