Fully appointed kitchen including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, 50” Smart TV, private yard, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-street parking, and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well.

Please note that when occupied, other guests will be staying on the second and third floors of the home. The only shared amenity on property are the trash/recycle bins.

Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Trash & Recycling:
Trash and recycling pickup is every Wednesday. Our service provider comes by on Tuesday to place the bins out for pickup and returns them after collection. The bins are located on the side of the house. Please do not block the bins with your vehicle so they can be easily accessed.
