"Didnt see shopping, the man at the desk that checked us in was the friendliest person i have ever encountered working at a hotel....he is who i would want greeting us every time we came in/ back from the hockey game/ even tho the sharks lost, asked us if we still had a blast..."

"If you're a true non-smoker, this place is not for you. 🚭There's no masking it. Nothing short of an ozone machine plus a full wipe-down can solve this. Chewing the thickness of the second hand smoke was highly disappointing, for an advertised non-smoking hotel. I don't fully blame the staff as previous guests disrespect policies, and their brethren. If you're a light sleeper, the highway next door can be loud. Otherwise, you get what you paid for. Staff was friendly. Shower had decent pressure and drained well. Quick location to fast food options. Outdoor property was well maintained. The sink handle coming off was a bonus. 🙄"

"The hotel was absolutely lovely. The best parts of a hotel (privacy) and a Bed and Breakfast (personal touches) rolled into one location. The staff is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Some areas are definitely ready for a refresh but they do not detract from the overall experience. "

"Evening staff were very nice. The room was clean and pleasantly decorated. The shower had a crack across the bottom which I think needs attention. "

"The Richardson was a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a comfortable experience. One area for improvement would be the guest amenities—expanding these offerings could make the stay even more enjoyable. I would still recommend it for those visiting the area."
