Large rustic finca Can Nyany Buger in Mallorca

"Ca'n Nyany" is a rustic country house, with Mallorcan style, mostly made of stone and is located near the town of Búger. It has a private pool of 10m x 5m and 12 sun loungers where you can enjoy while sunbathing. In addition, the large terrace, equipped with comfortable wicker furniture and a solid wood dining table, is ideal for dining outdoors. Its outdoor barbecue will allow you to spend pleasant moments outdoors on the covered terrace, as well as the ping-pong table with which you can disconnect in the outdoor area.



Its interior preserves the typical rustic Mallorcan style. This accommodation has capacity for 12 people and is distributed in 6 spacious rooms with careful decoration. 3 of the rooms have a double bed and the other 3 have two single beds each. The kitchen, with a long bar for cooking comfortably, is fully equipped to offer you everything you need during your stay.

Composed of 5 bathrooms, three of them with shower and two with bathtub, in addition one of them en suite, they are equipped with modern facilities.

In the living room, you can enjoy a DVD, satellite TV and a computer with internet connection for moments of rest or entertainment.

Family vacation

The house were perfect for a family vacation. We enjoyed the vacation all of us. It’s necessary with cars if we want to see other parts of Mallorca.

Absolutely stunning villa in a perfect location, we had a lovely family holiday on a party of 10 and the villa was clean and very accommodating. The pool was lovely with plenty of shade in the hotter afternoons. Would definitely visit again.

Very enjoyable holiday

We were 3 families that stayed for a week in the property. We really enjoyed our time, with the house being amazing along with the pool. It is out in the country, but thats what we wanted so was perfectly placed for a lovely and relaxing week. The local town of Buger was quiet, but again perfect for us. The Property was very well maintained.

we had a lovely Holliday

There were 12 of us staying at the villa including 5 children, the property is secluded, peaceful and large, we had plenty of space. The outside area and pool was fantastic, lots of outside seating and pool side loungers to relax on. There are orange and lemon trees surrounding the property and local farm animals which the kids loved. Inside the property there were ample bedrooms to accommodate our large party. The kitchen was stocked with some essentials like salt, pepper etc, sugar etc. The local village is a ten minute walk away and has a few small restaurants and a mini supermarket which was handy for picking up supplies. I would love to stay here again,

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, quaint villa tucked away in the middle of nowhere – perfect for a relaxing break while also being ideal for our party of 11, including 5 lively kids who could make plenty of noise without worrying about disturbing anyone.We arrived 1/2hr earlier than expected, which was no problem at all. We were warmly greeted by a lovely Spanish lady, who came back several times during our stay to check in. Despite the language barrier, we managed well with a mix of English & Spanish & she was very helpful in explaining everything about the villa, the amenities, the recycling, and the air conditioning.The villa itself was wonderful – spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped. With 2 kitchens, 2 huge fridges and freezers, and an excellent supply of utensils, bowls, pans, plates, glasses & more, it had everything we needed. The thoughtful touches like washing-up liquid, antibacterial spray, bin bags, kitchen roll, & tea towels being provided made things even easier.The only small challenge was the recycling system, as there were 4 bins outside but only 3 inside, but it wasn’t a big issue. The team who looked after the villa emptied the bins regularly when they came every other morning at 7 to maintain the pool.Pool towels and bath towels were all provided, which was really convenient & the pool itself was fantastic. The villa is also within a short 10–15 minute walk to the local town of Búger, which was perfect for a change of scenery.

Eine super tolle Unterkunft für eine große Gruppe

Der Pool ist einfach der Hammer. Ringsherum keine Nachbarn, die man stören könnte. Viele Bade- und Schlafzimmer. An der großen Tafel draußen kann man toll gemeinsam Essen und in der Lounge-Ecke den Abend ausklingen lassen. Super gerne wieder.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit huis. Wij waren met zijn negenen. Voldoende ruimte, keuken goed uitgerust en genoten van het zwembad. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren! Enige minpunten die ik kan noemen waren de harde kussens en er was niet altijd goed warm water. Verder, heerlijk gehad!

Einte schöne Finka für größere Gruppen. Für uns 3 Familien mit 12 Personen war mehr als genügend Platz. Der große überdachte Bereich ist bei jedem Wetter ideal. Der Pool liegt nah an der Terrasse und man hat die Kinder immer in Sichtweite. Die Küche ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet (alles so gut wie doppelt vorhanden). Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein wirklich schöner Ort um in Ruhe mit viel Platz entspannen zu können. Ein halber Stern Abzug für die doch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen Bäder.

Super Finca - bestens geeignet für Familenzusammentreffen

Wir haben 14 sehr erholsame Tage in dieser tollen Finca verbracht, die Einrichtung ist klasse, die Zimmer gut aufgeteilt, Betten und Badezimmer sind ok, die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Diese Finca war die beste, die wir jemals auf Mallorca gebucht hatten. Kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Wir wollten mit der gesamten Familie und Freunden eine Wohlfühloase und das haben wir auch mit dieser Finca bekommen. 12 Erw. und ein Kleinkind mit 2 Jahren passten alle rein und wir hatten riesigen Spaß mit Pool und Tischtennisplatte. Bäcker und Klein-einkäufe konnten wir fußläufig erledigen, was will man mehr.

Hervorragende Finca für eine grosse Gruppe

Wir haben alle die Woche auf der Finca genossen. Die Lage auf dem Hügel erlaubt eine gute Aussicht und Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge auf Mallorca, schnell waren wir in den Hügeln für einen Ausflug zur Sa Calobra und Soller. Alle 14 hatten genügend Platz in den Zimmern und keinen Stress bei den vielen Badezimmern, grosser Terasse und grossem Ess-, Wohnzimmer und Küche. Auch sportlich haben wir ausgiebig die Tischtennisplatte und Basketballkorb genutzt. Wir würden die Finca jeßerzeit weiter empfehlen, speziell für eine grosse Gruppe.
