"The facilities are kept clean and running smooth with actual care. The service is outstanding. Those looking to stay in District 1 for a reasonable price will not be disappointed in this hotel. Check in is smooth and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate your stay. A delicious breakfast buffet is probided every morning with several options. Catering is easy and the food and drinks are great, though most will want to take advantage of what the surrounding district has to offer. You're a ten minute walk to the mall and several other shops and restaurants. There's always a Grab vehicle or two ready to take you further if needed. People complain the beds are stiffer in VN, but the beds here were closer to western style in my opinion. The bathroom has modern equipment and the amenities cover the needs of most if not all visitors. The TV is up to date with capabilities for whatever streaming service you might be using. The lighting is more than adequate. Laundry service was prompt and the clothes came back perfect. The rooftop pool gets busy, and people feel entitled to reserve the spaces, so I would skip this unless you need to take a lazy day and plan to get in very early. The sauna, located on the same roof, is a more personal size, though recommended as I never had any issues of availability. Altogether you get the complete package of an easy, yet fulfilling stay with a hotel that aims to take care of you. "

The hotel is beautifully designed and exceptionally clean, offering a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. Its location is perfect—Ben Thanh Market is right across the street, and most major attractions are either a short walk or cab ride away. The staff was one of the highlights of my stay. Every member of the team was professional, kind, and eager to help. Kati Ng, in particular, stood out for her warm personality and dedication to making sure my stay was excellent. Since I worked early mornings in the lobby, I really appreciated the thoughtful service from the lobby staff who would regularly offer water and coffee, making sure I was comfortable without even needing to ask. I didn’t get to try lunch or dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was top-notch. There was a great mix of international staples and traditional Vietnamese dishes. The staff was quick to offer refills—especially when it came to my americanos, which were always spot on. If you’re visiting Saigon and want a place that combines boutique charm with exceptional service, look no further."

"Stayed at the Reverie for 8 nights from late July to Early August. It is a rare to be able to say that I have ZERO complaints about a hotel but here we are. Khao assisted with baggage at both ends of the trip and with his colleague Truong, went above and beyond to assist me after a luggage strap was lost in transit from the airport. At both check in and check out, Van was accommodating and efficient – answering questions and helping to problem-solve while keeping things moving. Every member of the housekeeping team that we encountered (and didn’t) was professional and courteous, doing far more than the cursory daily job that one might expect given the size of this hotel. Lien in the spa worked wonders after the stress of travel – 3 hours of tranquility that I won’t soon forget. In a sea of exemplary staff, in the Cardinal Café at breakfast who were the real standouts: Vy, Thy, Ngan, Phong, Linh, Thy & Tran (just to name a few), were the epitome of hospitable. I was ill, and I was met with genuine care and consideration from everyone after a mortifying experience. While this is likely just business as usual for those at the Reverie, their professionalism and kindness were a standout for me. The hotel is ornately decorated. Our room was large, clean and well-maintained. The gym was clean and was never full so although it isn’t huge, it did the job. The central location made most sites walkable or very easy to get to by Grab. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. "
