There is a supermarket close by with cheap coffee and breakfast pastry, snacks and food for picnicking at the beach. If you have a car this place has parking, you can hop a car ride to many beaches near Rovinj to enjoy. "DON'T BOOK THIS!! The stay was very basic. The host did not make any effort to make our stay comfortable. For 2 people in the room, we expected 2 blankets but there was only one and we were not given an extra blanket even after asking the host. The Check-out time was at 10 am in the morning sharp and not a minute extra was given. Even when me and my friend were waiting for our taxi outside in the shade on the property we were not allowed to stay at the property a minute after check-out. I think...

"I have to agree with one of the previous comments, if the bathroom was a boat then it would float. The area was a bit noisy. Reception spoke brilliant German only a problem if you didn't understand what they were sinking. Generally there needs to be a bit more thought to service and the room would be a winner. "
