"This property is wonderful! The house was big enough for my family to enjoy a peaceful week with a beautiful view of the lake. Everything was clean and organized. Plenty of linens and towels for a weeklong stay. We loved the game room and used it every night after a long day at the lake. The hot tub was clean and ready to use. There were multiple outdoor grills and propane was provided for our convenience which we don’t see very often. The backyard is completely fenced which we loved for our Furbabies and the front patio is great for morning coffee and to watch the birds and deer in front of the lake. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and the community boat dock was just right down the road. I would definite recommend this property! We had a great time! Thank you for a great stay!!"

"Stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was such a relaxing, good time. The host, Bobby, even left a sweet card on the counter - so thoughtful!! Loved taking a dip in the poop, the relaxing and unwinding in the hot tub. The deck was lovely and felt faily private despite neighbors being close. Literally walking distance to Lake Texoma with hiking trails and boat ramp. We enjoyed doing some antiquing in Gainsville and Whitesboro, and not far from a few casinos in OK if you want to go that route for entertainment. Would recommend for a weekend getaway for couple and small families and possibly stay again due to it's convenient proximity to things we enjoy."
