"Love that there's made to order omelets!"

"The hotel had the wrong room in their system. The room they had was not large enough to accommodate our family. My receipt showed the correct room that I paid for. They refused to make it right. We were finally able to get a rollaway but it was horrible. The manager named Ivery refused to speak with us. I also called Hilton honors as they were the corporate contract. They also refused to help saying the error was at hotels.com. The front desk clerks said they were not able to replenish towels and toilet paper. Even though we were totally out and had 5 women who had to use Kleenex tissues until housekeeping could provide another roll."

"Hotels.com booked my stay for $86.50 but woodsprings charged me $63.80. But hotels won't give me my refund. Four different reps have emailed me to send receipts. I obliged them three times. They want but don't give back. I'm believing that hotels.com train the reps to not to give refunds. Anyone can see that $86.50-$63.80x2=$45.40. It doesn't take the BS they are taking turns giving me. DON'T BOOK WITH HOTELS.COM. never again @hotels.co. never again"

"Old & dated carpets, elevatir was sketch, comforter had rips & ac smelled like cigarette snoke when it kicked in (new filter needed, esp if previous guests were allowed to smoke). Pool & hot tub was only open for 5hrs of our 2night stay... and Im pretty sure it's because I kept asking if it was open yet. The hot tub was the literal reason why we booked here. Breakfast was free."
