Wow--huge room, very clean and well-maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent--a plentiful buffet. 2-minute walk to a sandy beach. Parking was easy. Location is not in the busy part of Sunny Beach, but off on its own (which we appreciated). Awesome value for money. We would stay again.

This hotel is very conveniently located in the port city of Burgas, and I heard from several local people that it is considered the best hotel in Burgas for visitors from out of town. The hotel itself is very pricey relative to the standard of living in Bulgaria, but I was glad we spent the money to stay there. I booked the Junior apartment which had a hugely sized room with a king size bed and a sofa bed. The best part of this hotel was the outdoor pool (really clean water) and the 3000 sq feet...

Visit to Nessebar in off season, with few hotels and shops open. But Hotel Italia was close to the old town and a good base to visit churches and sites. Very accommodating staffs.

The Hotel was perfect for what I needed. It was close to the lakeside park, within walking distance of the beach. With easy transit from the main train station. The hotel had much to offer. A pool, a spa, a fitness center, and multiple restaurants and a bar. My sea view room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was extensive, decent quality. The only issue I had was that the music from the bar continued into the night. And it came through into my room as a slight muffled sound....
