"The age of the hotel is beginning to show. Staff was short especially for dinning. Staff was friendly. Outside of the facility was dirty. Obvious signs of vehicle abandonment throughout the facility. Cost of party was high and the daily rate was not told to us until we checked out. "

"It was so lovely. We will be booking here for our next trip to San Francisco. The service, the food, the cleanliness was superior. Im not sure why anyone complained about the noise in some reviews. I could not even hear traffic in my room. "

"The hotel was located conveniently near the airport and long term parking. The airport shuttle pulled right up to the hotel and on time. The room was nice and very clean. I was a little disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator but that's on me as I should have asked. Overall my stay was a pleasant experience and I will stay there again."
