"The house overall is in a good location and accessible to places. The house was decorated as the pictures depicted but the outside was not as pleasant. The shutters need to be replaced or painted, the garage cans were filled with trash, and it looked a bit abandoned. I drove past the house twice because the address was wrong on the listing. The house looks old and probably being used as a rental property. However the carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned thoroughly because it has a mildew odor...

I knew he couldn't host all of us for the 4 day weekend, so I searched for a nearby house we could use for sleeping. This home served us exactly as hoped. It is not modern or the Ritz, but clean and comfortable and attended well. That our dog was welcome and there was a completely fenced yard for him sealed the deal for us. Thanks Amy!"

There was no batteries in the ceiling fan controller in the living area. I was unsure of what we needed to do for check out. We found a broom but did not find a mop. We loved the out door area. We would definitely stay again when visiting our son and daughter inlaw"
