"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ROUGH AREA,TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! My work truck was broken into on my second night here, and my $3000 Honda generator was stolen. This area is extremely unsafe and the manager Jason could care less for the inconvenience. When I initially asked for the manager Jason, he said he couldn't do anything about it and offered nothing in return for the inconvenience. I told him that I would not be staying here another night and asked respectfully not to charge me for the reminder of my stay. Anyone in my situation would not feel safe leaving their vehicle there after getting their vehicle broken into. He agreed, confirmed verbally no cancellation fee as well, so I left that same day. YET he STILL charged my credit card for the full stay after I left, so he blatantly lied to my face. I tried calling and his staff said he "stepped out" so I asked for him to call me back. I tried calling again and I get his "voicemail", so I left a voicemail. Now they are ignoring my calls. I have never left a negative review before but this will be my first. Protect your belongings and family and do not stay here. Don't even get me started on the bed having 4 different types of hair and the uncleanliness. 0/5 Stars. I reported this incident to the RCMP. DO NOT STAY HERE, VERY UNSAFE!!!"

"Front Desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Liked the king size bed room. Only downside was the heater was very noisy. Couldn’t see how to change settings on it. "

"The bed was comfortable. If you have no other option available, then this place is fine. The place is a bit dated and a bit expensive for what it is. But I slept comfortably in the bed. Staff were nice. "

"Everything was good but the breakfast was not the greatest eggs were really gross i was like there was bad batter mixed into it. They were scrambled, but it was weird. When you bit into it and gross flavor the bacon was burnt. And everything was cold. The hot tub could use aome repairing the handle that everybody uses to get In-N-Out of the pool is loose and sways all over the place. And the stairs are missing tile on the ledges. Cutting people's feet.."
