"The Property was fantastic, it had all the amenities we were looking for to celebrate our nuptials with our adult children. The steep driveway and parking for large groups proved to be challenging but achievable. The Goats kept us entertained and the views are exceptional. We hired an officiant to come to the home for the indoor wedding with family and it was an amazing experience for both my wife and I. Definitely a great venue for an intimate wedding. Thanks to Josh, Amy & the Goats! "

"Spacious, clean home nestled in a serene river valley at the base of the highest mountain east of the Mississippi. The house is comfortable enough to never want to leave, but convenient enough to so many fun things to do, you have to venture out. Ramble down the hill to kayak, fish or swim. A quick 20 minute deive to an easy hike in to a waterfall (roaring fork) with the kids. Both Biltmore and Grandfather are within an hour making for easy day trip outings.And Emerald"

"This is the second time we have stayed here for a mountain golf weekend and we have been pleased both times. The property fit all of our needs and is in a great location. "

"Property is in good location and good view, but this place had so many spiders in house to stay. They were everywhere - in bed, sofa, bathroom, kitchen and there was no response from property manager even after couple of emails. Booked this property for two nights but had to leave after first night as kids were too scared even to walk around the house. Worst part was that property manager was totally unreachable and still waiting to hear back from him. Won't recommend it to anyone."

"Considering we are avid hikers that love the mountains, this was a perfect place to stay with all of the amenities that you could possibly need. Beautiful area. Easy to find. Loved the short walk up and down from the property. Will 100% recommend to all of our friends in that area and will definitely be staying here again."
