"Quick and easy check-in with front desk staff that were amazingly knowledgeable about local eating and entertainment establishments. Valets were quick, courteous and friendly. Situated in the perfect location, the design and function of the room and public areas was outstanding. TONS of storage areas in the room, spacious bathroom and shower. Elevators were fast and never crowded. One. Wry minor improvement would be a cable machine in the large gym. Looking forward to our next visit. P.S. Don’t miss the ragu in the restaurant!"

"We rented the 2 bedroom hotel room for a weekend trip to Asheville. The hotel was spacious, clean with great amenities. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. All the rooms were spacious. Definitely will book again in the future."

"So the breakfast was minimal miniature muffins, small yogurt cups, cereal, a waffle maker, egg patties and biscuits. Our shower leaked all over the floor, the bathroom door was broken were even shut had a gap, and they wouldn’t enforce any noise complaints we had people sitting on the patio just outside our window until 1am just yelling."

"This hotel was the highlight of our stay! Literally from the first moment we pulled up at the valet we were treated like absolute rock stars! They all went above and beyond to help us, they drove us around town and dropped us off and picked us up at different restaurants. They made sure that everything was absolutely immaculate and for the rest of our trip we kept lamenting that we weren’t given the same service as we were at the restoration! The decor is incredible. The rooms are huge-beds are comfortable and honestly it’s the best place to stay in Asheville. Matt the valet was especially welcoming and professional. Thank you restoration!"
