Conveniently located between Biltmore and downtown. It was very clean upon arrival. Good rate- although we probably visited in the off season."

"The room was very clean. However we could not control the thermostat for ac. It was 75 degrees in room. Entire unit fell off when I tried to use buttons. And none of the ports go chargers worked. We had a block so it was okay. Staff friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the rooftop bar."

"The location of this hotel is great if you’re going to a concert at the auditorium. It’s also in a safe neighborhood with plenty of dining and shopping options. However, the area beside it has space for semi trucks to load in during the night. You can hear them backing up and beeping, which is annoying. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to skip this hotel. "

"Staff was extremely helpful. We loved how unique this property was and enjoyed each area in which we sat. You do have to pay for parking using the app and I never find those things easy so be prepared. Neighborhood had a few things to do and we walked to live music nearby. Art center next door was fun."
