"Awesome place that’s even better than the pictures suggest. Perfect for what we wanted. The cabins were a bit farther apart than we were expecting and there is hardly any cell service there so I would copy the check in instructions before hand until you can connect to the WiFi. It was a beautiful location, cabins and the space were spotless and amazing."

"Outside of the property and lobby area are well maintained however, when i let my 9 month old daughter crawl around our room for at most two minutes, her socks and knees were black (not grey, black). The coffee in the lobby is HORRIBLE and I'm no coffee snob, but it was bad. Otherwise not a bad two night stay."

"The Sunset Motel is a charming old style motor Lodge in downtown Brevard. The amenities are basic, consistent with the age of the facility. Our room was renovated and very clean. We did have an issue with noise in the mornings because our room was next to the housekeeping staff."

"Hotel has a huge lobby. We stayed 2 night. We borrowed a deck of cards from the front desk to play. Front desk staff was friendly and personable. Fire pit was broken so that was a bummer."

"I did not eat at the Inn. The air worked fine. The staff was very friendly. I like the old way of not having to request maid service daily, your room was cleaned daily."

"Home is located close to downtown Brevard, a little outside of convenient walking distance, but the bars and restaurants around the old lumber yard are certainly walkable. House was clean and the fenced in yard was great for our dog. The mattress in the primary bedroom is very firm and made for a roughs night sleep for my wife and I (but we prefer a softer mattress). The only real downside to this property is unfortunately outside of the owners control... The neighbor across the street is a hoarder with junk cars, debris, and trash strewn across the property. That wouldn’t be that big a deal, but they also have stray dogs and chickens who made racket throughout our stay. There was also a random night where the neighbor decided to cut firewood with a chainsaw at around 9:30 at night. Again, not the owners fault, but certainly impacted our stay. "

"We had a wondeful stay at the cabin! It was clean, cozy, spacious and the views were absolutely incredible! The hot tub and porch furniture are so relaxing! The host was great to communicate with...she answered all of the questions we had before and during our stay quickly. The check in and check out process was easy too. We spend a wonderful week here relaxing and making memories together. If we are ever in the area again we would love to book another stay. Thank you! "

"Beautiful property! Jorge is an excellent communicator. We really enjoyed the downstairs area where we could play pool and games by the fireplace with our family for Christmas. I’d say the only concern we had was that the water was on a well and left a rust smell, otherwise the home was well stocked with supplies and easy to access."
